ABOUT BEYOND THE CABARET
Beyond the Cabaret has been at the forefront of the resurgence of the UK cabaret scene and quickly gained a reputation for consistently producing high quality shows and events.
With a background in professional theatre, events production and management, Beyond the Cabaret has been directly involved in many high profile shows in the past 15 years.
These include Polly Rae’s ‘Hurly Burly Show’ & ‘All New Hurly Burly Show’ at The Leicester Square Theatre, two shows for The Puppini Sisters (Koko and The Royal Festival Hall) and ‘The London Burlesque Festival’ (2007-2011)
Other highlights include bringing Frisky & Mannish into London’s West End with ‘A Frisky & Mannish Christmas’ 2009 & ‘Frisky & Mannish’s Christmas Mess…age’ 2010 both at The Lyric Theatre on Shaftesbury avenue.

Sean Mooney – Founder & Creative Producer
Sean is a professional theatre practitioner with over 17 years of experience.
During that time Sean worked with many highly acclaimed companies, including The Royal Shakespeare Company, The Young Vic, Cheek by Jowl and LIFT (London International Festival of Theatre).
Since specialising in cabaret & variety Sean has many distinguished credits to his name. These include Production Manager for the ‘London Burlesque Festival’ (2007-2011), Production Manager for Polly Rae’s ‘Hurly Burly Show’ & ‘All New Hurly Burly Show’ at The Leicester Square Theatre and two
shows for The Puppini Sisters (Koko and The Royal Festival Hall).
He was also the Creative Director of the widely acclaimed international touring show
‘An Evening of Burlesque’ (2010-2012)
In 2012 Sean was one of the judges for ‘The London Cabaret Awards.
Currently he is the Production Manager for Sublime Boudoir and has worked with them to produce 'High End', one-off events in Amsterdam and London.
